Drew started his career on the front lines building a new business diversification from the ground up. As the business grew he served in various executive roles during his 20 years within the parent company, Wildman Business Group. He along with 3 other partners purchased the company in 2013 and have scaled it to a multi-locational enterprise with 6 locations and 450 team members and are on track for continued exponential growth and regional expansion. Their purpose is to use the business as a vessel to positively change the lives of their team members and partners while generating purposeful profit to give towards life giving initiatives within the company, community, and around the world.
Experiencing the impact of doing business this way ignited the desire within Drew to help coach other business leaders to steward their business to make a difference in the world and bring personal fulfillment and purpose to the leaders. In July of 2023 he founded Missional Leader, LLC. A company focused on developing and equipping Missional Leaders in the marketplace.

He even ventured into the world of specialty coffee and earned the prestigious title of a national judge in the renowned "Best of Panamá" coffee competition in Boquete, Panamá.
